Pastor Dianne Fletcher

Pastor Dianne has been a servant leader in Church On The Rock from starting out as the Executive Secretary to Apostle David Keane in 1985, to Church Administrator, Deaconess, Associate Pastor and now 39 years later the Senior Pastor of Church On The Rock, Kingston.

Growing up as a pastor’s kid she never quite envisioned that the Lord would have her to also become a Pastor, but as the prophet Jeremiah wrote in Chapter 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Those plans to give a hope and a future became a living word for Pastor Dianne on the second of June, 1985 at the altar in Nazareth, which she chronicles in her book, “The Victorious and Complete Woman” which speaks to the miraculous deliverance and restoration of her marriage. 

This move of God in her life in June of 1985 catapulted Pastor Dianne into full-time ministry shortly after the reconciliation of her marriage. As she served, she gained 17 years of experience organising large events, such as The Annual Event called Alleluia, and managing these events for Church on the Rock and Sonshine Ministries Limited. This experience along with her being tasked with the administrative responsibilities of the church was preparation and training ground for her current role of Senior Pastor. 

After Apostle Keane fell ill, and her husband Apostle Franz (then Pastor Franz) became the Senior Pastor of Church On The Rock, Pastor Dianne was called to be an Associate Pastor in …. This led Pastor Dianne to be responsible for various ministries and interact with the congregation in a new way. In 2004, Prophetess Juanita Bynum prophesied that Pastor Dianne was being called into a prophetic anointing, and as time would have Pastor Dianne would now be leading a church that is called to be a prophetic and deliverance centre in this nation and world.

In 2019/2020, Apostle Franz in a conversation with Pastor Dianne asked her if she would be wiling to take the mantle of Senior Pastor of Church On The Rock, to which she responded “Yes.” That yes came at a time when the church was entering the pandemic and our mode of connecting, worshipping and fellowshipping had to change. Throughout this tumultuous season Pastor Dianne sought to tend to the flock through a talk show on YouTube and Facebook –  Real Talk with Dianne, Living Waters – a healing and deliverance podcast, and Online Bible Study. These innovative ways in which Pastor Dianne by the wisdom of God, has led the church to the other side of the Jordan river and through Gilgal, to what God has in store for the army He is raising up on HoneyHill.

Pastor Dianne now oversees many ministries in the church and in particular, The Healing & Deliverance Ministry, Dance Ministry, Women or Worship, Marriage Ministry, Hospitality Ministry, & Finance. 

Pastor Dianne is an international speaker, has spoken at conferences held in London- England, Cape Town – South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia. She also co-leads with Apostle Franz Fletcher “The Victorious and Complete Life Ministry International”. 

She believes in the power of prayer to change situations, the importance of healing the broken-hearted, setting those who are bound free through deliverance and the need for praise and worship in the life of every believer.
